I take this in the evening after a busy day at work because I don't want caffeine. I still feel more energetic and alert, but it doesn't affect my sleep! Insane!

I often train late, so I can't take a pre-workout with caffeine. I used to use the pump cannon, and now I use the pump formula, which works even better. Perfect if you really want to train hard but still want to sleep well!

The water stays cool, it doesn't leak, it holds a lot of water, and the screw cap is fantastic. I've had many cups that still open in my bag, but this one prevents that. And it's dishwasher safe, too.
