Refund policy
At SYNCE, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the product.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused and unopened
- The seal is intact
- The original packaging is undamaged
- The product is returned within 14 days after the withdrawal notification
We do not accept returns for products with a broken seal or products that cannot be resold for hygienic reasons.

Return shipment
Clearly write your order number on the package or include a note with your order number.
Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transport and send it to:

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
If the product is used, opened, or damaged, we reserve the right to apply a reduction in value or refuse the return.
