Terms of service
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements via the SYNCE webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions
In these terms, we mean:
- Consumer: a natural person who orders for private use.
- Entrepreneur: SYNCE.
- Agreement: the purchase agreement between the consumer and SYNCE.
- Products: all items sold by SYNCE via the webshop, including supplements and accessories.
- Cooling-off period / withdrawal: the period in which you can withdraw from the agreement as described in article 9.
- Durable data carrier: for example email or PDF, which allows information to be stored and consulted later without changes.
3. Applicability
- These terms apply to every offer and every agreement between you and SYNCE.
- If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
- Deviations only apply if SYNCE confirms them in writing.
4. The offer and product information
- SYNCE describes products as clearly as possible. Ingredients, dosages, use, and warnings are provided where possible on the product page and/or label.
- Images are for indication only. Colors and appearance may differ.
- Obvious mistakes (for example typos in price or text) do not bind SYNCE.
- SYNCE sells supplements. These are not medicines. Product information is intended as general information and does not replace medical advice.
5. Formation of the agreement
- The agreement is formed once you complete the checkout process and place the order.
- You will then receive an order confirmation by email.
- SYNCE may refuse or cancel an order if there is a valid reason, for example:
- suspected fraud or misuse;
- incorrect or incomplete information;
- stock issues;
- unrealistic order quantities (for example resale without permission).
If an order is canceled after payment, SYNCE will refund the paid amount.
6. Prices and VAT
- All prices in the webshop include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping costs are shown during checkout.
- SYNCE may change prices, but never for an order that has already been placed.
- In case of an obvious pricing error, SYNCE is not required to deliver at the incorrect price.
7. Payment
- Payment is processed via the payment methods available in checkout.
- The order is processed after successful payment, unless stated otherwise.
- If a payment fails, the agreement is not formed.
8. Delivery and shipping
- SYNCE delivers in the Netherlands and Belgium, unless stated otherwise in the webshop.
- Orders are delivered to the address you provide. Please check this carefully.
- Delivery times are indicative. A delayed delivery does not automatically entitle you to compensation.
- If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect address or because the package is not accepted, SYNCE may charge additional costs for reshipping.
- The risk of loss or damage remains with SYNCE until delivery to the provided address.
9. Right of withdrawal (returns / cooling-off period)
- You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.
- After notifying your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the product.
- During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product and packaging with care.
Important exception for supplements
Supplements fall under hygiene/safety. Therefore:
Returns are only possible if the product is unopened, unused, and the seal is intact.
10. Return process and refunds
- Register your return via info@syncenutrition.nl and include your order number.
- Send return shipments to:

- Return shipping costs are generally at your own expense, unless SYNCE made an error (for example delivered the wrong product) or the product arrived damaged.
- Refunds are made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return, via the original payment method.
- If a product is damaged due to use or careless packaging, SYNCE may apply a reduction in value or refuse the return.
11. Damage, wrong delivery, or missing items
- Check your order immediately after receiving it.
- Report damage, an incorrect product, or missing items as soon as possible via info@syncenutrition.nl and include photos where possible.
- SYNCE will work with you on a solution, such as replacement or refund.
12. Product use and responsibility
- You are responsible for using products according to the label and product page.
- Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, using medication, have a medical condition, or are unsure: consult a doctor or pharmacist before using a supplement.
- Some ingredients may affect sensitivity to caffeine or other substances. Always read the warnings.
- SYNCE is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or unsafe use, or by use contrary to the label.
13. Results and claims
- Responses to supplements differ per person. SYNCE cannot guarantee results.
- Information on the website is intended to support your choice, not as a medical diagnosis or treatment.
14. Warranty and conformity
- SYNCE guarantees that products meet the agreement and legal requirements.
- If a product is defective or does not conform, contact customer service.
- Warranty does not apply in case of:
- incorrect use;
- damage caused by the customer;
- normal wear and tear (for example with accessories).
15. Subscriptions and ongoing transactions (if applicable)
- If SYNCE offers subscriptions, the term and cancellation options will be clearly stated in the offer.
- You can always cancel according to the terms stated with the subscription.
- Automatic renewal only occurs if permitted by law and clearly communicated.
16. Intellectual property
- All texts, images, designs, product names, and content on syncenutrition.nl belong to SYNCE or its licensors.
- Use, copying, or distribution is not permitted without written permission.
17. Force majeure
- In cases of force majeure, SYNCE may suspend or cancel performance of the agreement.
- Force majeure includes, for example: carrier disruptions, supply chain issues, strikes, fire, government measures, and failures in payment or web systems.
- If performance becomes permanently impossible, the paid amount will be refunded.
18. Liability
- SYNCE is not liable for indirect damage, such as consequential damage, lost profit, or missed savings.
- If SYNCE is liable, liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
- Nothing in these terms limits the consumer’s legal rights.
19. Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Email info@syncenutrition.nl and describe your complaint as completely as possible.
SYNCE will respond within 14 days. If it takes longer, you will receive a confirmation of receipt and an indication of the timeline.
20. Governing law and disputes
- Dutch law applies to all agreements.
- Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
- You can also use the European ODR platform for online disputes (EU).
21. Changes
- SYNCE may change these terms and conditions.
- The most current version is always available on the website.
- For existing orders, the version that applied at the time of ordering remains applicable.
