At SYNCE, we provide clear and reliable shipping for your order. On this page, you can read how shipping, delivery, and any issues are handled.
Shipping costs and delivery
- Free shipping on orders over €50
- Ordered before 17:00 = delivered the next business day
- Delivery in the Netherlands and the EU
- Shipping via GLS
Processing and shipping
Orders placed on business days before 17:00 are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 or during the weekend are processed on the next business day.
Delivery is handled by GLS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Delays
We do our best to ship all orders on schedule. In rare cases, delays may occur with the carrier. SYNCE has no control over this and cannot be held responsible for delays during transport.
