Scientific substantiation

At SYNCE, every formula starts with research and ends with a label you can verify. We'll show you how we make choices, what our OZ score means, and why we keep improving.

HOW WE BUILD A FORMULA

  1. Every product we develop has proven effects or a demonstrable contribution to health or performance according to science. We do extensive research for that, and based on it we choose the ingredients and dosages for a formula.

We do extensive research into studies that show which compounds add value to your performance or health. Based on that, we build the formula.

  2. That’s why we state on the front of our tubs, at a glance, the minimum number of scientific studies the formula is based on. All of these studies are fully verifiable, so you can check our work yourself.

That’s why you see an OZ score on every tub, with a number next to it.

That’s why we show on the front of our tubs, at a glance, the minimum number of scientific studies (OZ = number of scientific studies) the formula is based on.

  3. We keep researching and evaluating critically. That’s why the OZ number can increase over time. When new scientific research adds extra confirmation for how our product works, we add those insights to our evidence base.

If we also identify ingredients that research shows make a measurable contribution to effectiveness, we update our formula accordingly. This ensures every product delivers the best possible effect based on the most up-to-date scientific knowledge.

Why are we improving our formulas?

New studies and insights are constantly emerging, sharpening our understanding of what works best, at what dosage, and for what purpose. That's why we remain critical of our own formulas, and if there are good reasons to improve something based on research or data, we do so.
