Wout is 29 jaar en traint al sinds zijn veertiende. Niet met als doel om per se op een podium te staan, maar vanuit de ambitie om gezond, fit en sterk te zijn én te blijven ontdekken hoeveel invloed je zelf kunt hebben op zijn lichaam.
Die nieuwsgierigheid gaat bij Wout verder dan alleen trainen. Hij heeft een bachelor Health and Nutrition afgerond, studeert Geneeskunde en verdiept zich uitgebreid in wetenschappelijk onderzoek rondom training, voeding, supplementen en gezondheid. Die kennis gebruikt hij niet alleen voor zichzelf, maar ook om anderen te helpen beter te begrijpen wat écht werkt.
Met zijn content probeert Wout nuance aan te brengen in een wereld waarin veel misvattingen en halve waarheden rondgaan. Wat zegt de wetenschap daadwerkelijk? Wat werkt, wat niet, en wanneer ligt het antwoord ergens in het midden?
